Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately for faster delivery — but you’ll always receive tracking information for each parcel.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.99 per order across the United States.
No hidden fees or surcharges.

Shipping is free for all orders over $70 (after discounts, before taxes).


4. Carriers We Use

We partner with reliable national carriers, including:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

Our system automatically selects the best carrier based on your destination and order size.


5. Shipping Locations

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

👉 International shipping is not available at this time.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can use the link provided to track your order’s progress in real time.

If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us for assistance.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package:

  • Doesn’t arrive within 10 business days after shipment, or

  • Arrives damaged,

please contact our support team immediately at support@skweels.com with your order number.

We’ll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Skweels is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
